Case No.240/16 registered for the offence under Section 47(A) and 53(b) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act,2016.

The accusation is of recovery of two liters country made Mahua liquor from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the house wherefrom the said recovery was affected. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
