Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Four liters country made liquor was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.7.2016 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Case no. 163 C 3 Excise of 2016.
