JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sikrahata P.S. Case No.53 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant was intercepted by three miscreants, who came on motorcycle; he was going to home after withdrawing Rs.30,000/- from Bank and snatched away the said bag.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by a coaccused neither he was put on T.I.P. nor any incriminating material was recovered from his possession. Charge sheet has

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chhotu Rai @ Shivam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sikrahata P.S. Case No.53 of 2016.
