Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21628 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 The petitioners, 19 in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are, of course, named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. People of two villages started pelting stones against each other and when the police intervened to disperse the mob, one constable is said to have received injury which is simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Manshi P.S.
