2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 07.11.2017 in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 495 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has renewed his prayer for bail having been rejected earlier by order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6310 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that almost all the prosecution witnesses including the informant have now been examined and most of them have been declared hostile.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition is dismissed with observation that the learned court below shall conclude the trial expeditiously.
