JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14261/2015 with a direction that in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-, but the petitioner did not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of order.

It is submitted that the petitioner was ill but he did not submit any medical certificate with the petition for extension of time. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today and on such learned court below shall enlarge the petitioner on bail as directed vide order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Cr.
