The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section-379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, an altercation took place between the informant side and petitioner side resulting into several injuries to both parties.

However, considering the nature of allegations, made against petitioners and the fact that allegations are not of attempting to commit murder, let the petitioner, named above in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of
