JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being sister and brother in law of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are sister and brother in law of the husband of the victim. Petitioner no. 1 got married eleven years prior to the occurrence and she resides at her in-law's place. There is nothing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34557 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 on record to suggest that on the date of occurrence the petitioners were present in the house of the husband of the victim. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Maanpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
