The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420, 447 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (ix) of the S.C and S. T. Act. The informant alleged that he entered into an agreement for development of a building and deed of agreement to develop the land was executed in the year 2010. It is alleged that the petitioner fraudulently get the sale deed executed in his name. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner did not get any sale deed registered in his own name from Ranjan Choudhary. The petitioner purchased land from Binod Choudhary who happens to be uncle of Ranjan Choudhary and he later on solemnized marriage with the mother of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30883 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 Ranjan Choudhary.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Khagaul P.S.
