JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he sold the SIM, which has been used in committing the alleged crime. However, the investigating officer could not trace out the purchaser of the aforesaid SIM which is evident from perusal of Para-70 of the case diary. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
