JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. The accusation is abducting the minor girl of the informant. The victim in her 164 Cr. P.C statement got her age recorded as 12 years and Court also assessed as such wherein she has named the accused persons including the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 144 of 2015, pending
