Petitioner is accused in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that similarly situated co-accused persons, as detailed in second paragraph, have already been granted bail by the Court below in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2016.

No.52915 of 2016 (4) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner Ankit Kumar Singh be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016.
