2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 620 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 498(A) and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Allegation against these petitioners is that they subjected the complainant to mental and physical torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioners are brother-inlaw (Bhaisur), sister-in-law (Gotni) and mother-in-law of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42449 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 complainant.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Entire allegation as alleged in the complaint petition is false and fabricated and no such occurrence as alleged in the complaint petition has ever taken place. Petitioners are in-laws of the complainant and they are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of the complainant. Husband of the complainant has died.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. Case No. 620 of 2022, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
