Petitioner along with Ajay Kumar Soni was apprehended while others managed to escape. Furthermore, on search, from the possession of petitioner a country made loaded pistol was recovered while from the possession of Ajay Kumar Soni, two live cartridges were recovered along with other items. Petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedents, is under custody since 03.08.2016 and on account thereof, petitioner, Raja Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj PS Case No. 210/2016.
