Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 registered under Sections- 406, 420, 379, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is the owner of Magic Van (BR 01GD 3036), petitioner no. 2 is driver of the said vehicle, petitioner no. 3 is khalasi of Pick up Van ( BR 02GA 0232) and petitioner no. 4 is the owner of the seized milk. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to the fact that petitioners denied

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28317 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 taking away of milk by the police free of cost. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 14.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017.
