Petitioner seeks bail in Tankuppa P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence accused Mukesh Kumar Singh has caused firearm injury to son of the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner and other accused persons were also present there and they also fired.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that witnesses in para 9, 10, 12 have stated that firing was made by Mukesh Kumar Singh.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya, in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
