2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 325, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 07.03.2023, the petitioners along with two other named accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing him. It is further alleged that they assaulted him and also snatched Rs. 200/- from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
