The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false and farfetched allegation has been made against this petitioner that he has received some money on the promise that a job would be granted to the informant. He further submits that the money of the informant has been alleged to have been taken by one Santosh Anand @ Ankit and in the record of the case, the father's name has been referred to as that being that son of Ravinder Singh.

No.32866 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 P2/2 However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is son of one Nand Kumar Jha having his permanent address villageTirasi, P.O.-Suktibazar, P.S. Gopalpur, District-Bhagalpur, Bihar, but for some unknown reason petitioner has been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case name of the accused is Santosh Anand son of Ravinder Singh resident of Babanghama, P.S. and District Supaul is referred as having received money in connection with the false lure of employment.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that there is no further material to connect this petitioner, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
