The petitioner seeks bail in Singhiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim made allegation that while she was returning after harvesting maize crops, the petitioner Singheshwar Yadav along with Durga Kumar Paswan tried to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that Durga Kumar Paswan has got dispute with regard to land with the father of the victim. A Panchayati was also held by the family member of the petitioner. Durga Kumar Paswan has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31854 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
