The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Trial No. 2156 of 2019, arising out of Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 488 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Ms. Bela Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the court below at the appropriate stage of
