Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown person snatched the money bag of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Deonath Sahani. Deonath Sahani has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21698 of 2016 on 15.07.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class,
