The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2019 having clean antecedent.
