The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by Nilesh Kumar. The petitioners are happen to be parents of Nilesh Kumar.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Nilesh Kumar and the fact that Nilesh Kumar is also traceless since then, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36040 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhni (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 364 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
