Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302, 380, 364, & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but his name surfaced in the statement of victim, Chandni Khatoon, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that having similar allegation, one co-accused Md. Javed and others have

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
