JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 22.08.2017 this case was directed to be listed after filing of an affidavit by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that charge has been framed in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case charge has been framed on 22.11.2017 and he has brought this fact by way of supplementary affidavit annexing copy of the aforesaid order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30661 of 2017(4) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017.
