It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 18.09.2018 passed in this case in second paragraph, it has incorrectly been mentioned as Cr. Appeal 18 of 2018, whereas, it should have been Cr. Appeal 17 of 2018. Further the police station case number has also incorrectly been mentioned as 547 of 2017 in the second paragraph as well as in the fifth paragraph of second page, whereas the correct number of police station case is 529 of 2017.

In such view of the matter, let the Cr. Appeal No. 18 of 2018 mentioned in the second paragraph of the order dated 18.09.2018 be read as Cr. Appeal No. 17 of 2018 and further the police station case number mentioned in second paragraph of first

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.825 of 2018 (5) dt.09-10-2018 page and in fifth paragraph of second page be read as Kanti P.S. Case Number 529 of 2017 in place of Kanti P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
