The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
On theft of motorcycle of the informant, FIR was registered against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. The motorcycle was seized on the confessional statement of co accused in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 in which the petitioner was also made accused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34026 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Rampur P.S. case No. 320 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Gaya. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
