Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2016 in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498-A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-7 of the petition. 4.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51385 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
