ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 21.3.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge 4th, Samastipur in Sessions Trial No.84 of 2014 arising out of Town P.S. case No.3 of 2012.

Considering that the Petitioners seek discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
