The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitioners are living separately from the husband of the deceased who is said to have died out of cardio respiratory failure. He further submits that the husband of the deceased has already been taken into custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of

No.32910 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masauri, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 175/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
