This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Bansi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018, disclosing offence under Sections 366A,120B,385,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this application is allowed.
