The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.366 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 346, 363, 366A, 370A, 371, 372, 373, 354, 354B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956; Sections 8, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act; and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Considering the allegations against the petitioner and also considering the fact that a girl was employed by the petitioner in his Orchestra Group, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
