2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 364, 365, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioners alongwith co-accused Pravin Kumar are alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the factum of kidnapping and has stated that she went out of her own sweat will and no one has kidnapped her.

5. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
