This application is filed for modification in cause title in the bail petition and, consequently, in the order dated 01.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13893 of 2022 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, inadvertently, name of the petitioner's father has been wrongly typed as 'Gaurav Yadav' instead of 'Gorakh Yadav' in the cause title.

Accordingly, name of the petitioner's father be modified in the cause title of the bail petition and, consequently,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40690 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 in the order dated 01.07.2022 and same be read as 'Gorakh Yadav'.

Hence, this modification petition is allowed. This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13893 of 2022. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Ankit/- U T
