The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 249/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant was married to Kundan Sharma, son of the petitioner in the year 2013. The informant alleged that her in-laws were demanding Rs. 2 lacs, motorcycle and chain of gold. His daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws.

It is submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Similarly situated co-accused Chandan Kumar and Champa Devi who happens to be brother-in-law and mother-in-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34389 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 law of the deceased have already been enlarged on anticipatory and regular bail. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 249/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
