Case No. 128 of 2017 and he, vide letter dated 8.10.2018, informed this Court that five witnesses including the Investigating Officer, namely, Bipin Kumar Singh having been examined.

The trial is at advanced stage.

Let the trial should be concluded expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The presiding officer will report this Court accordingly.
