2. It appears from the record and has also been submitted that the present case, which arises out of a land dispute, resulted in a final form submitted by the police and, subsequently, cognizance has already been taken differing with the final form.

3. Considering the fact that cognizance has already been taken in the present case, the present appeal under the SC/ST Act is not maintainable, as such the same is disposed of as infructuous. However, in case the appellants surrender before

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2398 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 the learned Court below and seek regular bail, the same shall be considered on it own merits, preferably on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
