The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the mediation between the petitioner and Opp.Party no.2 failed before the Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, however learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both are living together after intervention of well-wishers.
If the aforesaid fact is correct, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40416 of 2019(4) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case no.51 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
At the time of acceptance of bail bond, the court below shall verify from the Opp.Party no.2, who shall be produced by the petitioner before the court below regarding cordial relationship. If Opp.Party no.2 does not support the claim of the petitioner regarding settlement the petitioner shall surrender and pray for regular bail.
