2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner attempted to obtain appointment on the post of Primary teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated educational documents.
4. Petitioner denies the prosecution case and submits that without proper notice and enquiry the certificates of petitioner has been declared forged. Moreover, petitioner has not been appointed on the post of primary teacher. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. case no 399 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
