2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020, G.R. No. 195 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 341, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 14 accused persons including the petitioners, along with 7-8 unknown persons came at the land of the informant and assaulted him and also demanded Rs. 2 lacs and also snatched his gold chain cash Rs. 13,000/- and a Titan Watch.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus. The informant has received one injury which is simple in nature. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

Case No. 15 of 2020, G.R. No. 195 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
