JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that uptil now six prosecution witnesses have already been examined and there is specific allegation of committing murder against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trail no. 100 of 2016, arising out of Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 92 of 2015,pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Supaul stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
