JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is accused in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 for offences under section 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, vide order dated 5.7.2017 case diary was called for. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner that he was involved in the commission of crime.

Considering the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and also considering the fact in the case diary that no specific statement of the witnesses was recorded against the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29802 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
