It is the stand of the petitioner that she has handed over entire charge at Danapur in her capacity as a Panchayat Sewika as well as Nazarat. There is nothing pending against here. She also tries to draw the advantage of communication issued by the Block Development Officer, Danapur.
If this is the position which emerges in actuality then the Block Development Officer, Danapur has an obligation to ensure that the last pay certificate (LPC) of the petitioner is issued in favour of the Block Development Officer, Phulwarisarif, so that she can draw her salary now, because she is without salary since

A decision in this regard must be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.
