The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and given Chhura blow, yet the injuries as indicated in the F.I.R. have not been found to be true match as mentioned in the F.I.R. Furthermore, on investigation, final form has been submitted and the petitioner has not been sent up for trial.
