JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though it is alleged in the impugned order that charge-sheet has been submitted against this petition showing absconder but as a matter of fact as there was talk between the parties for compromise, they left pairvy and they have no knowledge about the case and he is in custody since 06.09.2016 and another co-accused in similar footing allegation has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38728 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55240 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the other co-accused of this case has already been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No.490/16/714/16 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.12/03, on condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will make available herself on each and every date except on some genuine reasons. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sanjeev/- U T
