Although the petitioner had raised the grievance as regarding the fixation of rate of parking fee but the statement in the counter affidavit and the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Municipality shows that looking into the grievance so raised by the petitioner, the rate of parking fee has been reduced from Rs.25/- to Rs.20/- per day and pursuant whereto even contracts have been awarded to different contractor who are not a party to the writ petition. Even otherwise considering the circumstances taken note of above I am not persuaded to interfere with the rate fixed for parking fee which stands reduced to Rs.20/- from Rs.25/- per day. The writ petition is disposed of.
