Allegedly, petitioner was caught with stolen wire for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is labourer and as a matter of fact, he was caught by the informant on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in
