The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in her written complaint has stated that her daughter Menka Kumari, aged about 17 years had gone outside to attend the call of nature and when she came out in search of her, she saw that petitioner and his family members are taking away her daughter on a car. She raised alarm but even thereafter she went away with the petitioner and his family members. Matriculation certificate of victim has been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018.
