The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 2172 of 2021 arising out of Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.104 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506 and 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

The victim girl is a minor. The petitioner has tried to outrage the modesty of the victim girl.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
