This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Thirty-eight liters of country made liquor was recovered from the shop of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2016. Submission is that the petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty, Gaya, or successor Court.
